Join in and learn about the Living Uplands

Prepare young learners for the Living Uplands springing into life in 2016.

Our learning resources provide lots of ways to learn about life on the moors of the North East. Life starts to slow down through Autumn and into Winter on the moor, before Spring sees the cycle of new life start all over again.

We’ll be adding pictures and stories on our site on an on-going basis. Some of our short videos tell little stories about the animals and birds, and how they get along. Videos like this one.

A Mammal Web camera has been placed close to a farmhouse and we’ll be sharing pictures of some of the creatures that frequent the area.

If you want to learn about this or any other activity of the Durham Wildlife Trust don’t hesitate to get in touch. All the details are on our website.
